There are many ways to be coruptor in Indonesia. Like highways with gas station in any places. That is the result of lack logical sense among Indonesian people that make these things occurs. A human evolution happen among Indonesian people to automatically adapt the corruption habits while they were being a policy maker. If you have 2 legs and another 10 of your kind have 4 legs, on that group, you're the weird creature. Therefore, when clean straight people become bureaucratic officers, they will have 4 legs to become normal.

Outside the group, people shout out loudly that 4 legs creature has to be removed from this country, but to whom they were asking are to the 4 legs creatures.
